2 lg. pkgs. California mix veggies 1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta or shredded cheese 1 box stuffing mix (dry) 1/4 lb. butter Cook vegetables slightly, place in flat casserole dish that has been greased- spread soup (do not dilute), then melted cheese, then dry mix. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in an 8 x 12 inch dish. |
