“BRATS AND BEANS” IS IN:

BRATS AND BEANS 
1 large can Baked Beans
1 lb bratwurst, in 2 inch slices
1 3 inch cube of salt pork, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon Coleman's English Mustard
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
3 tablespoons hickory barbecue sauce

In a stove-top to oven baking dish, saute the finely cubed pork with the diced onion and sliced bratwurst until the onion is beginning to brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Bake in a preheated 400°F degree oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with your favorite ale.

A hurry-up, flavorful version of an old-time classic.
