OH BOY YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN 
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Garlic saltless seasoning salt
1 1/2 c. each broccoli and cauliflower
1 1/2 cans of milk

Scramble hamburger with seasoning salt. Drain well then add remaining ingredients mix well and let simmer on low for about 15 to 20 minutes. If you like soft vegetables, microwave first. Serve over rice and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
