WILD RICE & MUSHROOMS 
1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. wild rice
1 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Mix beef broth and enough water to make 2 cups. Add onions and bring to boil. Add rinsed wild rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add long grain rice, return to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes longer. Add mushrooms and butter. Heat briefly and add parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
