JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell (do not use deep dish)

Melt butter; add sugar and other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
