CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH SOY SAUCE | |
3 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. dry sherry; optional; 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 c. water In wok or large skillet, stir fry 2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts, thinly sliced in hot olive oil, about 2 tablespoons, for 3-4 minutes. Add fresh broccoli pieces, cauliflower, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. Last minute, add soy sauce mixture and cook only until it lightly coats vegetables. |
