MAPLE BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. prepared chili sauce
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Excellent for ribs, roast, etc. Refrigerate in tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
