SHERRY CHICKEN (EASY!) 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 to 1/2 c. dry sherry
6 chicken breasts
3 oz. can of 12 to 18 fresh mushrooms

Mix sauce ingredients, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and dry sherry. Put chicken in pan. Cover with mushrooms then sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. The longer, the better.
