SHERRY CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2/3 soup can cooking sherry
10-12 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 sm. can mushrooms

Mix well for sauce: soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over single layer of chicken breasts, covered with mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
