IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on low speed. Grease and flour a 9 inch glass pie plate. Pour in the mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.

Note: You can add about 3 diced apples and dash of lemon juice to mixture before pouring the mixture into the pan.
