LAZY MOM'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. ketchup
Salt and pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Minute rice or bread crumbs
Med. head cabbage
2 c. V-8 juice
1 c. tomatoes, cut up

Mix meat with the ingredients and form into meatballs. In a roaster put cabbage and meatballs in layers. Drop cabbage in boiling water for a few minutes. Add to meatballs and cabbage. Pour the V-8 juice and tomatoes on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Also can be done in crock pot.
