BACON WRAP CHESTNUTS 
1 (8 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
3 slices bacon, cut in half

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce at least 30 minutes; drain and roll in sugar. Wrap each water chestnut in bacon securing with a toothpick.

Arrange on cake pan or in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel Serve warm. Serves 16.
