1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
Fresh strawberries
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cold water

Stir and boil sugar, salt, cold water and cornstarch until clear and thick. Remove from heat, add a few drops red food coloring. Then add strawberry gelatin. Pour over strawberries in a baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
