STRAWBERRY-CRANBERRY GELATIN 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
2/3 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Stir cranberry sauce until smooth, blend into gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in mandarin oranges and nuts. Chill until firm. About 15 servings.
