4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. half and half

Beat the eggs, gradually add sugar; beat until stiff. Add salt, vanilla and half and half; mix well. Pour into gallon ice cream freezer, finish filling with milk. Freeze.
