PUMPKIN FLAM 
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed

Combine pumpkin, honey and cinnamon. Beat eggs; add milk, vanilla and pumpkin mixture; mix well. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of a buttered 10-inch baking dish. Slowly pour in custard mixture.

Place baking dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Insert knife - should come out clean. Cover and chill 4 hours. Serve.
