VEAL PARMIGIANO 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. veal cutlets, 1/4" thick
1 slightly beaten egg
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash onion salt
2 slices Mozzarella cheese, halved

Melt butter in baking dish. Combine corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cut veal in serving pieces; dip in egg and then in crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn meat; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until tender.

Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano and onion salt; heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour sauce over meat. Top with cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese.
