1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding as directed on package. Mix pudding with chocolate cake mix. Put in greased and floured 9"x13" cake pan. Add chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
