1 pkg. (pudding included) German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, milk, butter and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
