CHINESE CHOP SUEY 
1/4 lb. butter
2 1/2 lb. hamburger
3 c. chopped celery
Salt
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans bean sprouts

Brown first 5 ingredients in fry pan, then simmer until meat is almost done. Add soup, continue simmering. Add bean sprouts and continue simmering until flavor is achieved.
