CHINESE CHOP SUEY 
6 lg. onions
1 bunch celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. gravy or fluid from bean sprouts
1 can bean sprouts
1 can Chinese vegetables
Beef, chicken, veal, pork

Saute onions, celery and salt. Do not brown. Add gravy, bean sprouts, vegetables and meat of your choice. Meat can be leftovers. Heat to desired temperature and enjoy!
