CHINESE BEEF AND PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. pork, cubed
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 c. water
3 cans mushroom soup
3 sm. cans chow mein noodles

Brown pork and steak pieces in large pan. Add onion, celery and water; let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Place in casserole dish. Add mushroom soup, chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
