CHINESE BEEF 
1 lb. steak sliced in thin strips
3 onions
1 bunch of scallions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. spinach, cut up
1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown meat in oil. Add sliced onions, scallions, mushrooms, spinach and bamboo shoots. Cook 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, beef broth and sugar. Mix well and cook for 15 minutes.
