CHINESE BEEF 
lbs. top round steak
2 tomatoes, fresh
2 green peppers
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Cut steak in 1/4 inch strips and brown in large skillet. Add salt and crushed clove of garlic. Add soy sauce and sugar. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, peppers, and drained bean sprouts. Cook 10 minutes longer. Mix cornstarch and water and add to mixture. Cook till thick and bubbly. Serve over rice.
