CHAMPAGNE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend with electric mixer 3 or 4 minutes. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
