BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Knorr mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. potatoes, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
3 c. water

Cook chicken broth, onions and potatoes for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cook additional 10 minutes. Mix mushroom soup with 3 cups water and add to soup mixture. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese. Simmer approximately 30 minutes, stir often to prevent sticking.
