BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN HOTDISH 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli
1 chicken, cooked, boned, and cut in pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can shoestring potatoes

Layer broccoli and chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Mix soups, mayonnaise, and lemon juice and pour over. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When nearly done, top with 1 can shoestring potatoes. Bake a few minutes more to heat.
