QUICK CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Stir soups and milk together in saucepan until smooth. Add broccoli and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. stir in cheese until melted. Serves 5.
