CHICKEN BROCCOLI HOT DISH 
30 oz. broccoli spears, cooked crisp-tender
4 1/2 c. chicken, broken into pieces (4 breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder mixed in 2 tsp. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Layer broccoli and chicken in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all other ingredients except bread crumbs and pour over top. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. (Can be assembled the day before and baked just before serving.) Serves 8-10.
