CHICKEN DINNER IN A DISH 
2 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1 lb. skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. white table wine
2 med. raw potatoes, peeled
1 tsp. bay leaves
10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans, defrosted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Quarter potatoes and cut carrots into 2-inch pieces; cut onion into wedges. In ungreased 8x12 inch baking dish, arrange chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion. Pour wine over chicken; add bay leaves. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add beans, cover and continue baking 10-15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender. Serves 4.
