IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 env. taco seasoning
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 oz. can green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground meat and onions until well done. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture on pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in pie plate over meat. Bake until golden brown and when knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serves 6 to 8.
