TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
This recipe is really fun for kids!

YOU WILL NEED:

pumpkin seeds
butter
salt, to taste

Hollow out pumpkin, saving the seeds. Wash seeds in a colander and dry with a paper towel. Leave the seeds overnight to dry.

Put into a bowl and toss with melted butter (amount of butter varies on how many seeds you are cooking and what you prefer). Add a couple of pinches of salt (to your liking). Pour onto a baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Put them into the oven at 300°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Take them out and ENJOY!!!
