pumpkin seeds (from your Halloween carved pumpkin)
salt, for sprinkling
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a cookie sheet or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange pumpkin seeds evenly on pan. Spray top of the seeds lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle salt on top, to taste

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Cool then eat!
