TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
as many pumpkin seeds as you can scoop out of your Jack-O'Lantern
seasoning salt, to taste

Scoop seeds out of Halloween pumpkin, cleaning off as much of the "guts" as you can, then spread on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle generously with seasoning salt.

Bake at 350°F until seeds look toasted and the kitchen smells yummy!
