MEXICAN WON TONS W/GUACAMOLE 
1 pkg. won ton shells
20 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese w/jalapenos
3 each Haas California avocado or 1 lg. Florida avocado
2 lg. limes, juiced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. sour cream
1 bottle corn oil

Won tons: Take each wrapper and insert approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cheese. Fold 4 corners to top. Pinch with water to seal. Deep fry these in wok filled with oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Mash avocado and mix with remaining ingredients. Serve hot won tons with Guacamole dip.
