MEXICAN WON-TONS 
1 pkg. Won Ton skins
1 c. Crisco
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
2 can's refried beans
1 can green chilies
2 tsp. diced jalapenos
1 (16 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
3 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Fry hamburger and onion until done; drain. Add all other ingredients (except Crisco and skins). Heat until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Melt Crisco in heavy Dutch oven or deep frying pan. Scoop mixture by spoonfuls in Won Ton skins. Fold opposite corners together to form triangle, moisten with water to secure. Pinch along sides with water to secure edges. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Serve with hot sauce.
