TEX-MEX WON TONS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/3 of a 15 oz. can refried beans
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 doz. wonton skins
Cooking oil or shortening for deep frying
Taco sauce

In skillet cook ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain off fat. Stir in beans, cheese, catsup, chili powder and cumin. Spoon a generous teaspoon of mixture onto each wonton skin and fold up corners. Fry a few at a time in deep hot oil (375 degrees) about 2 minutes. Drain. Serve warm with taco sauce.
