CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. cauliflower
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. bread filling
Salt to taste

Cook cauliflower in salted water until done. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in pan, add flour and salt. Then add milk slowly, stirring until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese. Place cauliflower in buttered casserole dish, and the sauce. Place bread filling over top and sprinkle toasted almonds over all of this. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
