ORANGE-SPICED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
1/3 c. liquid brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. frozen orange juice, thawed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 orange, sliced (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chops in 9x13 baking dish. Combine other ingredients. Pour over chops. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chops and baste. Bake 15 minutes longer (until tender). Garnish with orange slices after pouring sauce over chops on platter. Serves six.
