INA'S GREEN SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime Jello 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pt. hot water 1 sm. can pineapple, drained and save juice 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. cream, whipped Add Jello and cream cheese to hot water and stir until dissolved and add pineapple, set aside to cool. Cook together the eggs, flour, sugar and juice, drained from pineapple, set aside to cool. When both mixtures are cool, mix together and fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate overnight. |
