FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
2 lg. ripe bananas, frozen
2 c. pineapple chunks
2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt

Slice frozen bananas into blender. Add remaining ingredients. Whirl until pureed. Serves 4.

To freeze ripe bananas, peel and wrap tightly in foil or plastic, and place in freezer overnight or up to a month. Whirled in a blender, they take on the texture of soft ice cream.
