BREAD PUDDING & CARAMEL SAUCE 
4 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Use 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix all together. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees.

CARAMEL SAUCE:

1 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Combine ingredients except butter. Cook medium heat. Add butter.
