SQUASH SOUFFLE 
3 c. cooked squash
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 onion, grated
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy

Mix together squash, cheese, onion, Bisquick and oil. Fold in beaten eggs. Pour into large baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 370 degrees.
