CHILI CON CARNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomato
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Brown meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve plain or over noodles with Italian bread.
