CHICKEN SHELL SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. sea shell macaroni, cooked & drained
2 c. chicken breast, cooked & diced
1/4 c. sweet relish
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Combine ingredients and toss lightly. Chill for at least an hour. Serve as is or spoon into lettuce leaves.
