CHICKEN WITH CHINESE 5 SPICE 
4 lb. chicken
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
2 tbsp. shoyu (or to taste)
3 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. aji (optional)
1-3 tbsp. oyster sauce
Green onions, chopped
Chinese parsley, chopped

Make sauce with ingredients and rub on and in chicken. Pour remaining sauce over and into chicken.

Bake at 300°F for 20-30 minutes per pound.
