CHINESE FIVE SPICE CHICKEN | |
2 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice 4 1/2 tbsp. shoyu 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. aji (optional) 3 tsp. oyster sauce 1 stalk green onion, finely sliced 1 tbsp. ginger, minced 1 tbsp. Chinese parsley, chopped 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces Combine ingredients into sauce. Rub chicken with sauce and marinate. Microwave on high for 25 minutes. Stir chicken halfway during cooking time. |
