CHINESE FIVE SPICE CHICKEN 
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice
4 1/2 tbsp. shoyu
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. aji (optional)
3 tsp. oyster sauce
1 stalk green onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp. ginger, minced
1 tbsp. Chinese parsley, chopped
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces

Combine ingredients into sauce. Rub chicken with sauce and marinate. Microwave on high for 25 minutes. Stir chicken halfway during cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
