“CHICKEN W/ MANGO-CHERRY CHUTNEY” IS IN:

CHICKEN W/ MANGO-CHERRY CHUTNEY 
2 mangoes, chopped, divided
1/3 cup dried tart cherries
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds, slightly crushed
1/4 tsp. salt, divided
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1-1/2 tsp. Chinese 5-spice powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat broiler. In saucepan, combine 1/2 cup mangoes, cherries, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds and 1/8 tsp. salt. Cook, stirring over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until mangoes are tender. Mash mangoes slightly. Stir in remaining mangoes and onions. Keep warm.

Lightly sprinkle 5-spice powder and remaining 1/8 tsp. salt on both sides of chicken. Broil 7-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve mango mix over chicken.
