BARBEQUE SAUCE FOR RIBS OR CHICKEN | |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2 lbs. ribs Brown and drain ribs. SAUCE: 1 onion, diced 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. catsup 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. water or white wine 1 tbsp. celery salt Brown onions in butter and add rest of ingredients. Pat browned ribs in roaster pan. Pour the sauce over. Baste often until done. |
