MOZZARELLA MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. celery, chopped
14 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Brown meat, drain. Add onion, celery. Cook until tender. Add tomato paste, 1/2 cup cheese and seasoning. Mix well. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in 9 inch pie plate, pressing together to form crust. Flute edge. Fill with meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is brown. Cool slightly and serve.
